Welcome back! Life has just been flying by of recent I've just been eating and crying about getting fat and also just having some crazy mood swings that consist of being 'not happy' but I decided to fight it and be happy which didn't work out immediately{lol obviously} but I'm getting there and in conclusion I'm okay๐
I got to read the novel from the app Anybooks from playstore(sponsor me lol) the novel was quite not cliche with lots of refrences to other works within it becuase apparently Hazel Grace and her boyfriend Augustus Waters loved literature. One reference to a work I was really familiar with was the Love song by J.Alfred Prufrock I love that poem even though its weird. Also note there was a lot of huge words I did not know the meaning to I just kept reading to the end. I would not forget to add that Hazel and her boyfriend are both cancer patients so you can kind of say the novel was to tell us about what cancer patients go through. There is one part in a chapter that's kind of R-18 I would love to say a thing about but I don't want an awkward conversation at home lol just know it was kind of hard to imagine Hazel doing that while having to breathe from an oxygen tank.
Of course there are other characters in the novel like Isaac who lost his eyes to cancer, the support group, her parents, her friend, her favorite author who turned out to be a douche-bag, Augustus's family e.t.c . Funny thing is she thought she was going to die before her boyfriend but she was very wrong, she lived to the end of the novel without him and he meant a lot to her.
It's a pretty nice novel and to all those with cancer out there keep fighting and we love you. This post is sadly coming to an end I hope you enjoyed my little review I might do a part 2 but till next time
Enjoy the holiday
